"Once-a-Month Cooking, Revised and Expanded: A Proven System for Spending Less Time in the Kitchen and Enjoying Delicious, Homemade Meals Every Day"
By Mary-Beth Lagerborg, Mimi Wilson

This is the most practical cook book that I have ever used. The book shows you stepby- step how to prepare either two weeks or one month's worth of meals all at once. In fact, the book is so easy to use, it has a shopping list for each batch of freezer meals. The variety of meals is amazing, and I am hooked.

My family loves all the recipes. I love that they are easy, and tasty recipes and they all have instructions for how to freeze and prepare them. I also love how the book is organized.

It only took me about a half of a day of actual preparing the food that used to make 14 meals. It saves tons of time and money because I don't have to prepare a meal every night anymore. I can also buy in bulk and actually use everything I buy before it goes bad. If my family decides to eat out at a restaurant one night, no worries- the meals in the freezer will last for several months.

I am due in two weeks and knowing that I have a month's worth of quality, easy to prepare meals in the freezer puts me at ease. Most of the recipes that are in my freezer just need to be put in the oven for awhile and then presto! Dinner is served. Even my dear husband can handle that if I am busy nursing the newborn, taking a nap, cleaning up a mess, etc.

I think this book would be an excellent baby shower gift or holiday present for any homemaker. The ladies that wrote this book are genius.

This book is sold on amazon.com for about 0.00.
